Pumpkin Crunch
15 oz. can pumpkin
12 oz. can evaporated milk
3 large eggs
1.5 C sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
1/2 C pecans chopped
1 C melted butter
8 oz. carton whipped topping
Mix together pumpkin, evap. milk, sugar, salt, eggs, and cinnamon.
Pour into greased 9X13 pan
Sprinkle dry cake mix over that
Top with pecans
Drizzle with melted butter
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown at 350 degrees
Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 stick Blue Bonnet margarine, softened
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups dark chocolate chips or less, as desired
Cream butter and sugar well
add eggs and mix well
add vanilla
add flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda
mix until blended and add chips
bake at 375 for 8 minutes or as desired
